Where can I use high speed PVC shutter doors?

Master high speed PVC shutter doors has many functions such as heat preservation, cold preservation, insect proof, dustproof, soundproof, fireproof, anti-odor, etc., and is widely used in food, textile, chemical, frozen electronics, printing,supermarket refrigeration assembly, precision machinery, logistics and warehousing, etc. It can more efficiently meet the needs of today's logistics and energy saving.

According to the size of the door, the side plate size of the cover box provided by us is inconsistent. Our side plate size is W300*H300, W300*H340mm, W470*H420mm. For the track of PVC fast door, the thickness for the high speed PVC roll up door’s cover box and guide is 2.0mm, and the material is galvanized steel, and the surface finish is cold plate electrostatic spraying, of course, the material can be stainless steel #304. The cover box is made by curved and angled. The guide is made with the open groove and brush, the guide size is 120*130mm&160*130mm, which save the small space when install, if the door height is over 4.5m, we will provide the guide size 160*130mm. So please make sure the door headroom and door threshold have enough space to install.

The high speed PVC shutter door motor is installed at the side of the cover box, and the size of the door motor is W220*H650mm, please make sure that the mounting space for the threshold are sufficient. And the control box size is W350*H450mm, you can choose to install at the left or right of track, the control box is usually installed at the same side of motor, because that’s easier to connect the wire to the control box. The control box is installed at a position approximately 1200mm from the ground.

The maximum application size of the general fast door is W6000*H6000mm, exceeding this size. Its wind resistance is not guaranteed. The length of curtain is same as the wind-resistant bar. So, if your door exceeds the size, please choose another door.

Although the high speed PVC shutter door is widely used, it is configured in many places. However, there are still some problems in the configuration process, so we need to pay attention to it.

1) When the high speed PVC shutter door is used in harsh environment, such as the environment of large dust, high temperature, high humidity or high wind, during the operation of the fast door, due to the large dust on the site, the surface of the radar sensor above the door will be full of dust. If it is not cleaned up in time, the radar sensor will lose its induction, which will cause the fast door to not open normally.

2) When the high speed PVC shutter door is operated in the normally closed door opening mode, due to the strong wind in the local area and the light weight of the high speed PVC shutter door curtain system, it is easy to be blown off the door frame track by the strong wind during the closing process or the closed state, and the curtain system for a long time. It will be destroyed.

So please make sure the door head and door threshold meet the above installation space, and the environment of installation is ok.
