How hard is it to make high speed PVC Shutter Doors?

High speed PVC shutter Door is designed for fast flow of materials (to shorten the time of entry and exit). The quality is not only reflected in the quality of each component, but also of the production process. The more elaborate the production process, the longer life span of the high speed doors will be, also the more stable quality is ensured, and unnecessary troubles will be avoided during application.

1. Curtain system

Tailoring: PVC double-coated base fabric is actually very easy to cut, but due to the door size of the fast rolling door usually at 4 or 5 meters, the size should be accurate when cutting; The curtain edge of the base fabric should be flat, and the diagonal  be equal. What's more, we need to pay attention to the shrinkage problem, and the error needs to be controlled within the allowable range.

Welding: A complete set of curtains is made of multiple sections. When welding, special attention should be paid to the welding frequency, equipment parameters, and the firmness and flatness of the joints.

Window: According to the environmental requirements of the installation site, many doors now have a transparent window to facilitate the observation of the opposite situation between the person and the vehicle. Therefore, when assembling the curtain, we need to pay attention to the height of the window. In general, the height of the transparent window is preferably between 1.4 and 2.0 meters.

2. Frame System

Frame structures consists of shaft cover, side tracks, control box, accessories, etc. The main materials are made of galvanized steel, #304 stainless steel or aluminum alloy. Mainly formed by a bending machine.

3. Assembly process

The process is roughly divided into: door opening treatment, elastic line, fixed reel transmission, no-load test, installation curtain, mounting rail, commissioning.

Door opening treatment: Check whether the hole is consistent with the product size. Generally, the width of the opening should not be wider than 12m and the height should not be over than 10m. Review the position and quantity of the embedded parts.

Elastic line: measure the height of the hole, and pop up the vertical of the two guide rails and the center line of the roll drum.

Fixed roll drum and transmission device: Weld the pad on the pre-embedded iron plate, fix the left and right brackets of the reel with screws, install the roll drum, rotate the roll after installation, and install the reducer and transmission system to install the electric control system.

No-load test: Check the motor after power-on, whether the working condition of the reducer is normal, and whether the roll drum rotates in the correct direction.

Installation curtain: The panels are assembled and mounted on a reel.

Mounting guide rail: According to the position specified in the drawing, the two side rails and the upper rail are welded to the wall embedded parts and welded together, and the guide rails should be on the same vertical plane.

Commissioning: First manual test run, use the motor to open and close several times, adjust to no jam, block and abnormal noise, the speed of opening and closing meets the requirements. After all debugging, install the protective cover.
