Product Description

Master well's hydraulic cylinder is the most important component in the hydraulic system. It converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and completes various mechanical movements with various transmission mechanisms. The hydraulic cylinder has the advantages of simple structure, large output force, stable and reliable performance, convenient maintenance and wide application range.

  Features

Single acting cylinder

In the single acting cylinder, a chamber receives pressurized hydraulic oil. This depends on the intended use of the cylinder. If it is to push the movement, the chamber opposite the cylinder rod will be pressurized. The other chamber is usually equipped with springs to accommodate retraction. If the chamber with the cylinder rod is pressurized, it will be a pulling motion. The opposite room will also be spring-loaded to cater for prominence.

Double acting cylinder

In the double acting cylinder, both chambers can be pressurized. In the two chambers, the chamber containing the cylinder rod has little contact with the hydraulic oil, because we cannot consider the piston surface area occupied by the cylinder rod. This difference in surface area requires less pressure than the other to contract. Therefore, pressure control and direction control are important in the setting of this hydraulic system.

Application

It can be used in dock leveler, dump trucks, oil fields, ships, drilling rigs, industries, elevators, workover rigs, mines, agriculture, construction, etc.

Features

The hydraulic cylinder has simple structure, large output force, stable and reliable performance, convenient maintenance and wide application range.

With hydraulic pump, reversing valve and limit valve, the lifting and stopping function can be realized.
